Returns Policy
You may return any item purchased on mormedina.com within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or returned with strong odors (e.g. cigarette smoke) will not be accepted. Products sent in dust bags must be returned inside them, as they are considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging for your return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info.mormedina@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs (local or international) are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Returns without clear identification (customer name, address, and tracking number) may be refused.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping and issue a refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately at info.mormedina@gmail.com and include photos of the damage and your order number.
Refunds
All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team. To be accepted, items must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Refunds are made for the item price paid at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not refundable, as these are collected directly by your local tax authorities and not by MORMEDINA.
